In Memory of

Mr. James E. Ward Sr.

Mr. Ward served faithfully for 36 years on the Board of Directors at Progressive Rural Telephone. During those years he helped bring many new technologies to PRTC. He was a deacon at Dexter Baptist Church for 52 years, a charter member of the Dexter Fire Department and served on the Dexter City Council for many years. Mr. Ward and Mrs. Frankie, his devoted wife of 60 years, were owners of Ward’s Service Center in Dexter.

Mr. Ward will be truly missed by his family and friends but his memory will bring happiness.

Upon termination of your cable service whether voluntary or involuntary, it is your responsibility to return the equipment, in useable condition, to Progressive Rural Telephone. Should the equipment not be returned within 30 days of termination, you will be billed the cost of the equipment. One cable box connection can be as much as $375.
