Installation is $50.00 (residential) $65.00 (business) with a one-year contract. Without contract, installation is $145.00 (res) and $160.00 (bus). Networking to more than one computer or laptop is available.

If DSL is installed at the same time as PRTV, there is no installation fee. However, if any material is used for DSL installation, you will be billed for material only.
Computer Requirements:
(to see if your computer has an Ethernet or NIC card. On the back of the hard drive (tower), there are several places that look like phone jacks. An Ethernet looks like a wide phone jack.) You may purchase or lease a DSL modem from Progressivetel. There is a $10.00/$15.00 (res/bus) monthly fee for a standard modem and $12.00/$17.00 (res/bus) for a wireless modem. The purchase price of a standard modem is $95.00 and $105.00 for wireless. Should you lease the modem and it is damaged or you have a problem with it, Progressivetel will repair or replace it, at no charge. However, if you purchase the modem there is no maintenance and Progressivetel will not repair or replace at no charge. All DSL modems will not work with Progressivetel, so please contact the office before purchasing a DSL modem from another vendor.
